This Privacy Policy explains how the Bakery Builders Discord bots ("the bots," "we," "us") handle your data.
What we collect
Bakery Support bot: If you open a support ticket, we keep a transcript of that ticket. We do not log everyday messages in the server.
Bakery Minecraft Moderator bot: This bot processes Minecraft chat messages to check for chat filter violations. It does not store messages outside of Discord.
Application logs Both bots generate application logs that are retained on a rolling 7-day basis, then automatically deleted.
How long we keep data Support ticket transcripts are retained indefinitely. Application logs are kept for 7 days.
Age requirement You must be at least 13 years old to use our bots, in line with Discord's Terms of Service.
Your choices If you'd like a copy of your data or want it deleted (where we are able to), contact us at the support server below.

By adding or using the Bakery Builders Discord bots ("the bots"), you agree to these Terms.
Use of the bots You may use the bots for their intended purposes within Discord. You agree not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the bots or their services.
Age requirement You must be at least 13 years old, in line with Discord's Terms of Service.
Availability The bots are provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, limit, or discontinue the bots at any time.
Termination We may restrict or remove your access to the bots at our discretion, including for misuse.
Liability We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the bots, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bots means you accept the updated Terms.
